A new week begins and I gear up for a fun week of shows including a visit to Quincy, to the Thomas Crane Library, where I can tell some stories once again to a great crowd. I enjoy visiting places multiple times through the years – or even annually – so that I can see some of the same people and catch up with the friends I’ve made over the years.
Also, if you would like a show for the winter, or even the new year, please give me a call at (508) 641-5336 anytime as I am booking now!
Here is the storytelling schedule for this week:
Both libraries are open to the public so I hope to see some friends there! Please check the Upcoming Shows page for more information on all of these shows.

The fall has been a relaxing, fantastic season with quite a few memorable shows! Now that we move forward into the colder weather I must remember to get back into the habit of updating this website! Quite a few people mentioned seeing my show announcements on this very page – so I feel a sort of an obligation to make sure I post them here!
I know the post is a bit late but, this week I am returning to one of the towns I enjoy the most, Bridgewater! Thursday morning at 10:30 I am heading to the Bridgewater Library for a show!
Also, if you would like a show for the winter, or even the new year, please give me a call at (508) 641-5336 anytime as I am booking now!

I am heading out to the Cranberry Harvest Festival this weekend – one of my favorite annual events that I have had the privilege to attend! This fantastic festival boasts all sorts family friendly activities such as face painting, duck boats, jugglers – and a trip to the bog will be both entertaining and educational!  Seeing the hard working people collect the cranberries and transport them into trucks is fascinating – and every child tries to climb the gigantic mound of loose sand to see who can be king of the hill!
I will be at the event all day doing shows at 11:00, 1:00 and 3:00 – so please come by and say hello!  Stick around to laugh along with me as I tell my tales! Please click on the image above for more information! Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Here is the final week of summer shows and while I am looking forward to the small break afforded me in September I am always sad to see the summer events end! I had probably a total of 70 or more lobster rolls… and I’m not kidding – those things are so delicious! Autumn is one of my favorite times of the year, though, so all I can envision are pumpkin and the taste of pumpkin in everything, cool fall nights and the leaves changing. It gets me so excited!
The Hulk themed Building Stories at the Kingston Library is this Monday! It starts at 6:00pm and if you have yet to sign up – no worries, there is still time! If you’re interested please call the Children’s Room – and here’s a link to their site right here!

I can’t imagine this summer being any better! I’ve been so busy but also so enjoying this past couple of months! My favorite part thus far is being able to have my daughter join me for some of the library shows. Tonight, while saying goodnight, she told me she really loved the Drive-In. This was fantastic to hear because it is a tradition to visit the Wellfleet Drive-In – one that I am pleased to have my daughter join me.
We’re still scheduling for the Hulk themed Building Stories at the Kingston Library! It takes place on Aug 24th at 6:00. If you’re interested please call the Children’s Room – and here’s a link to their site right here!

Also, this Wednesday at the Seekonk Library, 6:00pm, Bill Harley will be performing. If you haven’t had a chance to see this man make sure you take the whole family to this concert. This is the man that made me want to be a storyteller – even back when I had the honor of seeing him in elementary school. For more information click here!
