This is such a great, and green, day of celebration!  I will be at the Hingham Library today at 2:00 for anyone who would like to hear a Leprechaun story!  It’s going to be a blast!  Click on the Leprechaun for more info!

First up is the Wellfleet Library @ 10:30am – and then I am off to Provincetown for a show at 1:30pm – if you’re close, or just want to take a fantastic ride on the Cape, then come on by!

Some thing you may notice on the updated calendar – South Shore Community Action Council was granted some money from the Lego corporation – in turn they have asked that I run my “Building Stories” workshop for the a very limited group of children at some of the local libraries.  If you are interested in signing your child(ren) up please contact the library closest to you and register!  Keep in mind it is a 4-week program – please make sure you can make it to each one!  Can’t wait to see everyone who comes!

South Elementary is the place to be tonight for the Family Literacy Night where children and parents can come to enjoy stories and songs – then do a fun craft and take home a book!

In preperation for this Saturday’s event The Book Shack has my library of storytelling CDs for sale – RIGHT NOW! - Check them out!  I’ve heard they are great for car rides, night time and casual listening 🙂

Finally the colder weather is here!  Now hopefully the snow is on the way too!

I loved seeing all the costumes this past week – they were all so great!  I am taking Lex Trick or Treating this evening and I am super excited!  I hope everyone has a fantastic and SAFE Halloween!
