Happy Independence Day! This week will be a blast! A quieter week for shows, but I am still making some rounds at the Plymouth Farmer’s Market and at the Brooks Free Library! Make sure to come and enjoy some stories – escape the heat and enjoy the giggles from the stories.

This man walks into the police station holding a penguin. He says to the officer behind the counter, “Sir, I found this penguin.” 

The officer says “Why did you bring it here? Bring it to the zoo!”

The man thanks the officer and heads out the door.

A week later, the same officer is driving down the street and he sees the same man as before at a bus stop and he’s still holding the penguin! The officer stops the car and yells out the window “Hey buddy! I told you to bring that penguin to the zoo!”

The man yells back “Oh, I did! We had so much fun we’re going back today!”

This week I will be in Hingham on Tuesday for a show at their beautiful library! Make sure to get there nice and early as there is always a nice big crowd! Also, there is the first of MANY Mysteries on the Move this summer in Whitinsville on Thursday afternoon.

I start the week turning 47. That’s right, on Sunday I have the honor of celebrating my 47th birthday. It’s been an amazing wild ride thus far and I look forward to a crazy summer!
