It’s been a while since I have done one of these! I am trying to get back into the swing of things here and having in-person shows is definitely helping. I am starting a Raising A Reader event this week at the Pembroke Library. Tuesdays at 10:30am for the next 6 weeks.

My daughter gets sassier and sassier everyday. While I love it I also dread the true teenage years that are right around the corner.

After a year of being shut down I am both ecstatic and excited to announce that I have been scheduling shows for the summer – both virtual AND in-person! Dates are filling fast so if you’d like to book something please give me a call at (508) 641-5336 or email me at ryanstalltales@hotmail.com

I can’t wait to see everyone and hear the laughter from the little ones again! It’s been a blast doing things on Zoom but I usually have to keep people on mute so I don’t get to hear the laughter. Needless to say, it’s been too long since I’ve gotten to hear any audience feedback!

So, call me or email me today to book a show!

Follow me – I tweet, therefore I am!

Back in the early 2000’s I would put on live shows full of musical numbers, puppet shows and bringing some of my stories to life with kid actors. They were always a blast! This is a shot from me, my sister (on the left) and her friend doing our best to make the crowd laugh.

I will be offering Virtual Zoom shows starting next week ( April 7th) Wednesdays at 5:30 pm. If anyone would like to take part please email me at:

ryanstalltales@hotmail.com

Or message me on Facebook. The shows are $5 per family and I accept both Venmo and Paypal. After you email me and send payment I will send the link and you can join in on the fun!

I am getting ready to be able to tell stories in person in the upcoming spring and summer!

This is me getting my first shot two Mondays ago and my second shot will be happening this coming Monday! I am so excited to start seeing all my friends in person and hearing all the giggles in person!

I will be posting news of the upcoming Raising A Reader events in April and another in May! I know my site has been quiet lately but with things beginning to heat up again I think you will be seeing a lot more posts!

This year has been a tough one. While having my business slow down and change in unexpected ways it pales in comparison to losing one of my kitties this year. We had to put down our kitty Brodie Bruce and it came at a time when my daughter was so attached to him, so it made it that much harder. He was such a great cat and we miss him everyday.
