Unfortunately, I don’t remember where this took place but I do remember that cardigan! I still have it and wear it to this day. Of course, it’s a little tighter fit now.

Thank you to everyone who came out for Raising A Reader in Pembroke – we will be back! Right now we’re trying to schedule upcoming workshops in other towns and we will keep everyone posted.

Here is the storytelling schedule for this week:

  • Wednesday: Hingham Public Library (Live Zoom Show!) @ 10:30am
  • Friday: Little People’s College,  @ 10:00am

My little girl turns 12 today. This very sweet and happy little girl continues to make me and her momma so proud. She keeps growing up and just becoming more and more beautiful.

She heads off to camp this summer where she will be sleeping over for 2 weeks. I can’t even describe just how scary it seems to me to leave this now grown up girlie overnight. I wish she still needed me to tuck her in and kiss her goodnight but she’s so independent now! I love you Alexandra, my Booty-Boo!

Behind that Ernie mask is none other than me! This was a very hot July for the Plymouth Independence Day parade where I somehow was roped into walking the parade route in a full, furry and very warm Ernie costume.

I stumbled across some old photos of Big Ryan shows from the past. This is from a show early in the Big Ryan history. I remember distinctly, this was at a Plymouth Preschool where I had previously worked. They were always so supportive and asked me back to perform multiple times. The building, while there, is no longer a preschool.

We’re wrapping up this round of RAR next week but some live shows are also beginning this week! Both Kingston Library and Plympton Library are both open to the public! So come on out and enjoy!

My daughter gets sassier and sassier everyday. While I love it I also dread the true teenage years that are right around the corner.
