Come to Book Love in Plymouth at 10:00am on Saturday for another round of fun stories! It’s supposed to be a little rainy this weekend so it’s a perfect time way to spend the morning!

That is a Double-Breasted Cormorant perched on the Mayflower II. It was too cool not to show off!

Wednesday is the Bridgewater Library Toddler Show. Show begins at 10:30am come hear the toddler tales – so make sure to be there early and let’s have a blast!

Sponsored by the Mass Cultural Council.

This amazing group visited East Bridgewater to help solve the case of The Unfortunate Passing of Pliant McTwist. The kids that came to play was one of the more excited groups this summer!

Everyone was racing to be the first to solve the case s they could be promoted to lead detective!

Ultimately, these ladies solved first and were the winners! The rest of the impressive groups finished right after with everyone able to solve the case, telling me who, what, where, and why!

Congratulations to all the detectives!

The sun is still shining every day and the weather continues to be beautiful! It makes traveling between shows that much easier when it’s so gorgeous out! I have been enjoying the summer so much this year. This week I visit each of the Magical Years preschools and also get to visit the Bridgewater Library for our monthly toddler shows. I am also swinging by the Plymouth Library on Wednesday for an afternoon show. Thursday is the rare trip to the Cape this summer – usually I visit a dozen times but this year my only trip is to Harwich for the Brooks Free Library

Also, if you’re looking to schedule a show please call me at 508-641-5336.

From Slinkys to Potato Heads – when I find a bucket full of things I am compelled to take a picture. This bucket has so many possibilities!

This past Thursday, I brought The Unfortunate Passing of Pliant McTwist: A Murder Mystery to the Groton Library! A great group Jr. Detectives battled the suspects and played their games to collect all the evidence they need to point out the real culprit!

Every team fought hard, hoping to be the first to tell me who, what, where and why Pliant McTwist was MURDERED!

Ultimately, these girls finished just in the nick of time, beating out the other teams to be promoted to lead detective:

Nice job to everyone:

As always, the end of July is usually the busiest! I still maintain that this job affords me the ability to travel all over Massachusetts and see this beautiful state of ours. I am also excited because the libraries I am visiting have scheduled a Traveling Mystery Room for their communities! Make sure if you want to be part of these exciting experiences to register.

Also, if you’re looking to schedule a show please call me at 508-641-5336.
