I always appreciate getting feedback and letters expressing how much the audience members liked the show.  Here are a couple of letters I recieved from a school I visited that were my favorites:

Come on by the Seekonk Library (click on image for more information) on Monday for an evening show!  My performance will begin at 6:30 and I look forward to seeing everyone there!

This hilarious and surprisingly accurate storybook was introduced to me by the librarian at the Norwell Library.  When I asked her what books were her favorite to read she immediately went to the bookcase that housed this gem and plucked it off the shelf.  I leafed through the book giggled my way through it.  Not only is it extremely funny – but the ending is so perfect as well!  I love idea of this story and think it’s a perfect read for anyday day of the week!

So, my rescheduled show for the Sherborn Library will be happening tomorrow (January 7th) at 4:00pm – if you are in the area you should come by!  Also, a few of the new sessions of Preschool Building Stories are starting up this month:

Carver Library sessions begin THIS Wednesday at 4:30pm

Hinham Library sessions begin on Tuesday the 14th at 3:30pm

Holmes Library in Halifax sessions begin on Friday the 17th at 11:30am

I hope everyone out there is staying warm and having the best holiday season!  My famitly and I are certainly enjoying ourselves – and my daughter had a blast opening all of her gifts yesterday that Santa brought her!  Here’s to seeing 2014!

Bill Thomson continues to amaze and give David Weisner a run for his money in the wordless picture book category.  This book follows a young man discovering a special power where, after discovering a fossil, the thing appears in front of him – even though it has been extinct for millions of years.  The real adventure begins when he finds a fossil of a Pterodactyl.  Make sure you seek out this book and enjoy this amazing find!
