I am going to be in Nantucket – just for the day – to tell my stories. I have never been so I am pretty excited. I will make sure to post pics when I get back!

I am going to be putting on a Big Ryan spectacular show at the Book Shack located in the Independence Mall, Kingston, MA. Located where the old Borders Book store was – this new beautiful space has plenty of room for the kids to come and enjoy some fantastic stories! Also, my CDs will be available to purchase at the Book Shack – starting TODAY!! If you have yet to buy one – go now and shell out the clams! It will be well worth it! I promise!

I took Lex to get her very first hair cut. It was a little emotional… for both of us. But the lady who cut her hair was so fantastic – very sweet and made Lex feel comfortable. The hardest thing was watching as the woman cut her bangs. It really made her look older – changed the look of her whole face.
She looks so beautiful with her new haircut. My favorite part is that she no longer has her hair in her face. It was bothering her – and now it doesn’t!

Here are a few shots from the Norwell Library show from last week! I had a wonderful time telling “The Little Pocket Snowman” even though there really had not been any snow up to that point this winter.
Wolf and Moose also made an appearance and kept the kids laughing!
If you’d like to see more pics log onto FB and find the Big Ryan’s Tall Tales Facebook page (you can also click the link). Make sure to “Like” the page while you are there!

Bill Harley has always been a huge influence on my work as a storyteller – so much so that I like to incorporate some of his amazing work into my shows! This is one of my favorite ways to start my show – a great and rhythmically pleasing tale about unexpected guests that come for a little dinner! Click on the image – or any of the links – to find out more about Bill Harley!
